Screed pumps and -conveyors are systems for conveying screed. They can be grouped into the following two categories:

• Flowing screed
• Cementitious screed

The equipment is easily capable of transporting large quantities of cement and/or sand mixtures over large distances in short periods of time via hoses.

Depending on the model, elevations of up to 200 meters can be mastered (corresponding to fifty floors and several meters in height).

Output for a skip-scraper / silo installation with trailer pump equates to an area of around 300 m² per day.

The silo installation is transported loaded on a heavy truck, whereas the skip-scraper will be sent by itself.

The major advantage of mobile conveyor pumps is the reduction in wear along the transport route even to inaccessible parts of the construction site (one can lay the hoses through living areas to create a patio floor).

The pumps are usually less than 1.60 meters wide meaning that even narrow driveways do not present a problem.

The machines have all the receptacles needed for mixing.

To minimize the time between mixing and filling and transport, these devices can be equipped with a skip as well as a scraper, allowing the next mixture to be prepared while the previous load is still being pumped.

Areas of application

The routes from mixing location to area of application do not need to be driven on since transport is carried out via the connected hoses, thus sparing the subsurface.

Thus there are almost no limitations for utilising our screed conveyors on construction sites.

They are primarily used to create floors when erecting multi-story buildings but the equipment can also be used to transport sand and similar materials in garden and landscape construction.

Another use is in the installation roofing insulation, which can also be transported directly to the area of application via free-hanging hose systems.
